EMMA JENNINGS, LMHC
Psychotherapist & educational speaker
WHO I AM
I've been in the mental health care field for nine years, and have worked with a diverse variety of clients throughout Washington state. I currently provide individual psychotherapy for adults and teenagers. I specialize in working with individuals who are looking to better understand and develop their executive functioning skills- those who want to master their ability to focus, learn, problem-solve, and more. I also love working with general mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, existential crises, and life transitions. Book a 15 minute consultation so we can explore what types of therapy will benefit you!
