I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for talk therapy, and use various techniques which you can learn more about by booking a free consultation. I work from a holistic lens, and most often provide ACT, motivational interviewing, art therapy, and IFS.
I specialize in counseling clients who want to understand and develop their executive functioning skills- those who want to improve their ability to focus, problem solve, learn, and more.
Educating the Community
I speak frequently on the topic of providing mental health treatment for individuals with autism and ADHD. Most recently I've presented for the Southwest Washington Autism Coalition, the Seattle Special Education PTSA, and King County's Children's Crisis Outreach Response System.
My teaching experience covers a variety of topics such as neurodivergency and mental health, organization and executive functioning, and using art and music for mental health.
